At I'd Wax It, my mission is to make everyone feel welcome and safe as soon as they step through my door. I pride myself in being an Ally in the LGBTQIA+ community, a member of the Lifestyle 🍍community, and a certified full-body waxer. Cancellation Policy
I’d Wax It requires a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment and a credit card to hold any appointment while booking. Once an appointment is booked – unless we hear otherwise – I’ll expect (and be excited for) you to be here. No-show and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged up to the half the price of the booked service(s) price (plus tax if applicable) to the credit card with which they were held.
I understand life happens, and sometimes you will need to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour period due to an emergency. I will do my best to give grace in these moments, but I do track all late cancellations and no-shows to ensure this policy is not abused.
